“Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has added three fresh attorneys to his criminal defense team — including New York power couple Arthur Aidala and his wife, Marianne Bertuna.
The married lawyers filed their notices of appearance Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court — along with their new associate, former Manhattan prosecutor Diana Fabi Samson.
“Although Harvey Weinstein may not enjoy a positive reputation in the court of public opinion, after our initial review of the evidence, we are confident that a fair and impartial jury will acquit him,” Bertuna told The Post.”
