RESULTS!
Partner Imran H. Ansari and associate Rosario Bona, together with intern Emma Barbaccia, were successful in obtaining a jury trial verdict for the Plaintiff in a personal injury case pending in New York State Supreme Court in Brooklyn. The Plaintiff sustained soft-tissue injuries after the taxi she was entering drove off before she could fully get into the car. Prior to trial, the Defendant only offered $25,000 to settle the case. Imran and his team were able to convince a jury to render a verdict in favor of the Plaintiff and award $500,000 in damages to compensate her for the pain and suffering she sustained due to the injuries caused by the accident.
