Results - - All Charges Dismissed against ABK LAW Client facing 14 years in prison!
A client of ABK LAW , who was facing 6 felony and several misdemeanor charges, including Burglary and Grand Larceny charges, had all of his charges dismissed in Brooklyn criminal court today. The client, who was accused of stealing over $150,000, was facing up to 14 years of incarceration. However, ABK criminal defense attorneys Michael Jaccarino and Lino Demasi argued to the District Attorney’s office that the alleged “victims” had themselves stolen the property and that their identification of our client was unreliable and insufficient. Ultimately, the District Attorney was not able to prove the case against our client and they dismissed and sealed the entire case. Our client, who was suspended from his job with the TSA following his arrest, will now get his job back! He is relieved and thrilled!
