Aidala Bertuna & Kamins, PC partners Arthur L. Aidala and Imran H. Ansari are lead attorneys for renowned attorney and Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz. Arthur and Imran are defending Dershowitz in a highly publicized defamation lawsuit filed by one of the Jeffrey Epstein accusers, who has also made accusations against Dershowitz: accusations that Dershowitz categorically and vehemently denies. ABKLaw recently filed a motion to disqualify the plaintiff’s law firm for conflicts of interest and implication of the “attorney-witness” rule. The Dershowitz defense team has also filed a motion to dismiss the complaint. Both motions are now fully submitted to the court and pending decision by the judge.
