RESULTS - - All Charges Dismissed against ABK LAW Client facing 7 years in prison!
A client of ABK Partner Michael Jaccarino, who was facing felony Burglary and Grand Larceny charges, had all of his criminal charges vacated in Manhattan criminal court today. The client, who was not a citizen, faced deportation and up to 7 years of incarceration, but we were able to convince the District Attorney’s office to show leniency to our client, which will allow him to remain in this country with his family.
