Commercial Dispute (Sale of Goods): Represented clients in a multi-party commercial litigation as Plaintiff, Counterclaim Defendant, and Third-Party Defendant. After aggressive advocacy, oral arguments, and pretrial motion practice, and a mediation, the clients not only recovered 100% of their original transaction cost, but also obtained a settlement with an additional premium of 18%.
Debt Collection Defense: Represented a debtor in a judgment enforcement case and secured a settlement reducing the outstanding judgment by approximately 90%, substantially alleviating the financial burden on the client, while securing several non-monetary advantages.
Real Property Litigation: Successfully obtained the dismissal of a complex real estate dispute involving multiple parties and layered claims related to ownership and access rights.
Civil Usury Dispute: Defended a client in a high-stakes civil usury case involving a disputed credit line and a failed real estate transaction.
