Criminal Defense Case – Felony Assault Second Degree

Client arrested for felony assault with a knife and charged by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office with Assault in the Second Degree. Client represented by Partner Michael Jaccarino, Esq., who was able to get the client released on his own recognizance during the initial arraignment.

Today, after several months, we were able to convince the prosecutor to dismiss all charges against our client.

RESULTS OBTAINED: All Charges Dismissed. Case Sealed
