#ABKLaw RESULTS: Ruling in favor of our ABK Law client on a civil appeal in the Appellate Division Second Department
Michael DiBenedetto, Esq. represented respondents in the Appellate Division Second Department on a civil appeal where appellants sought to dismiss a complaint for fraud and breach of contract for failure to state a claim. We were successful in our defense, the appeal was denied and the Appellate Division Second Department ruled in our favor, and also awarded costs to our client.
