05 Aug #ABKLaw NEWS: ABKLaw client murder conviction REVERSED by Appellate Division in Brooklyn
ABK client Daniel Greenspan, who was convicted of murder in Suffolk County in 2017, has had his conviction reversed by the Appellate Division in Brooklyn earlier today!
During the trial, in which Mr Greenspan was represented by Arthur Aidala and Michael Jaccarino, the Appellate Court held that Mr. Greenspan was deprived of his right to a fair trial by errors made by the Judge and promises that were made to a cooperating codefendant, giving the jury a false impression of what sentence she was getting in return for her testimony against Mr. Greenspan.
The case will now be sent back to Suffolk County for a new trial.
