Imran H. Ansari, Esq., is a partner and head of the civil litigation practice of Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins, P.C. He is a seasoned trial attorney and aggressive advocate with experience in both civil and criminal law.
Imran handles high profile cases and famous clients, often matters reported on in the media, and zealously fights for his clients in the court of law, while balancing scrutiny in the court of public opinion. Some of his notable clients include 50 Cent, Alan Dershowitz, Harvey Weinstein, among other public figures in media, entertainment, and politics.
Imran began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Over his several years at the District Attorney’s Office he successfully prosecuted hundreds of serious felony and misdemeanor cases, obtaining convictions at trial or through plea negotiation. It was at the District Attorney’s Office where Imran honed his trial skills and developed a reputation for being a formidable adversary in the courtroom.

Imran is admitted in the States of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States, and is a board member of several bar associations in New York.
Imran started his professional life in 2000 as a television producer at Court TV before entering law school. He has come full circle with his experience in television and media and has acted as an on-air host and legal analyst on the Law & Crime television network as well frequent on-air legal analyst for Court TV, CNN, Fox, WPIX, CBS, NewsNation, among other media networks, radio shows, outlets and podcasts.
