Upon graduating from Villanova University School of Law, Diana had a distinguished career as an Assistant District Attorney under Robert M. Morgenthau in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, where she gained extensive appellate and trial experience. While there, she prosecuted major felonies, including homicide, armed robbery, and bank fraud. Upon leaving the office, Diana became an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toledo Law School.
After time off to raise her four children, Diana resumed practicing law in Connecticut and New York, representing clients in Civil and Criminal litigation, as well as in the role of General Counsel for a venture-backed technology company. Diana is also a member of Connecticut’s Probate Court Administration Attorney Panel and represents clients in Connecticut Probate and New York Surrogate Courts. Diana will be focusing on civil and criminal litigation and appeals, and wills, trusts and estates.
