Andrea M. Arrigo, is a cum laude graduate of Fairfield University in Connecticut with a Bachelor Degree in Arts. Immediately following college, she went to St. John’s School of Law and graduated on the Dean’s List in 2003.

Following law school, she was employed at the personal injury firm of Dinkes and Schwitzer, handling many complex personal injury cases, including but not limited to representing the estate of an individual killed in the Staten Island Ferry Boat accident in 2003 and representing the Estate of Nixmary Brown vs. The City of New York.  She has worked on hundreds of different cases from inception through trial preparation while advancing her skills as an excellent writer and strong litigator.  Respected by her peers and adversaries, she is known for her attention to detail both in and out of the courtroom.  She has drafted and argued numerous appeals in both the First and Second Departments, while settling hundreds of cases, many in excess of six figures.  Starting in 2008, she opened up her own law firm and began also working as a solo practitioner while continuing part time employment until 2018.

Currently, as a solo practitioner of Andrea M. Arrigo, P.C., she handles numerous residential real estate matters, estate matters and personal injury matters.  In addition to working as a solo practitioner, she is a member of Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins, P.C. where she solely works on Personal Injury cases. As part of the Civil Litigation team at Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins P.C., Andrea overseas all aspects of a personal injury case while showing compassion to the needs of injured clients and assisting them and their families through all the red tape that goes with being involved in an accident.  

At Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins, P.C., Andrea is involved in various types of personal injury actions, including but not limited to construction site accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death actions, negligent supervision (School), negligent security (rape) and fire/burn cases.

Striving to achieve the highest award possible for our clients, Andrea is known for her hands on approach and strong litigation skills. In addition to being involved in all personal injury cases retained by the firm, she also focuses on training our younger attorneys in the area of personal injury, assisting them in learning how to advance their own legal skills, maintaining professionalism and assisting our clients.  

She is a member of the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New York Trial Lawyers Association, U.S. Supreme Court Bar and licensed to practice law in the State of New York and New Jersey.

She is also on the Board of Directors of The Christian J. Santo Legacy Foundation, a non-for-profit based in Brooklyn, whose mission is to provide support and financial assistance in the fields of education, health and sports to children and families that may be distressed or in financial need.
